ETC's 23 year's experience in corporate education has convinced its performance coaches that leadership mastery is achieved through sustained leadership performance. International and domestic research supports this view. Consequently ETC offers a leadership development process, through performance management, which assists leaders to achieve leadership mastery in an action-learning, real time, performance-based environment.

 

ETC forms Leadership Mastery groups of 8-12 leaders who will commit to a 12-month leadership mastery process. The major aim is to improve leadership performance.
